I'm Here!

Ok, this is the moment you've all been waiting for, nagging me about, and wondering if it would ever happen. I have joined the blogging world.

You may all rejoice!

Here are some pictures to get you started.

Here is a most current picture of some story time with Dad this afternoon. They haven't seen their dad much these days with his 70+ hour work week. But we are thankful he has a job and we'll just be very glad he didn't have to work today.

Elijah is styling with the latest in shampoo hairstyles al la Sonic the Hedgehog.

Ethan is telling me about black holes and naked singularities.

We have Porter and the XP Target Locker 2000. He made this to enter in the fair but we didn't get our entry form in on time. Next year!!

And two pictures of the cutest little girl evah! First the nose picking. She's learning things from her siblings! But don't despair!
She can still win you over with her sweetness and cutes.

I'm still working on the look and format of this thing so bear with me and offer suggestions to help me out!

  1. You did it. The title is perfect. I can't believe you thought it up. It's great! HAve fun. You have half of the cutest grandchildren in the whole world, so you begin with good material.

  3. Well hello there fellow blogger! I knew you'd give in eventually. {wink}

    I love the name of your blog, so clever! Your wee ones are adorable. I bet you NEVER hear that, eh?

    I'm adding you to my google reader and I'm so excited to read about all the Huyck Family Adventures.

    As far as formatting goes I have found it the most simple to first make the size of my post area smaller( 450px), then always upload my photos in the center at the largest size and then add my text above and below them. I tried at first to do different sizes and to the right or left but I found it impossible to get it right on. The words and pictures never matched up! Now they always do. Hope that helps!

  5. Your babes are insanely cute! I'm so glad you're a blogger...I have no desire to blog, but I'm glad so many of my friends want to. I miss you so much, Melinda. Hopefully, someday we'll live much closer to each other. You look beautiful and dang skinny too, my dear. Nice work. :)
